In order to implement the social policy, JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" creates conditions aimed at improving the culture of production and improving working conditions, creating a favorable psychological climate in the team, are being implemented activities to improve the health of workers and organize their leisure activities.

The company's staff has its own specifics - geographical disunity. Oil pumping stations are located outside cities and towns, tens of kilometers from each other. The territorial remoteness of the units is dictated by the need for various forms of social work, regular cultural and sports-mass events that allow each "Druzhbinets" to feel full member of a single workforce.

It promotes the spiritual formation of the collective and respect for the traditions formed in the history of the enterprise, the bearers of which are veterans-oil pipelines. Retirees of the enterprise are the subject of special social care. The Veterans Council organizes annual meetings of veterans with management representatives and current employees of the company in order to share their experience.

Young employees of the company are united by the primary organization of BRSM, professional interests of young people are represented by the Council of Young Workers of JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba".

The current Collective Agreement of JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" provides a high level of social security for employees, pensioners and their families, allows them to realize their interests and feel in demand not only in the professional activities. The task of improving the company's employees and their families is successfully solved, which is relevant in the post-Chernobyl conditions of southern Belarus.

The company conducts significant charitable activities. Hospitals and schools, cultural institutions, public organizations, law enforcement agencies, children's homes receive sponsorship from oil pipelines with both money and materials and equipment. It should be emphasized that the company does not choose the object of its humanitarian efforts, but focuses on the proposals of local authorities and is guided by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No.300 providing and using donated (sponsorship) assistance.
